Charlie Noble is a private investigator who lives in Bellingham, Washington. Charlie is best known for helping to bring down a human trafficking ring in 2006. He lives on his boat, the Noble Lady, which docks in Bellingham Harbor. Charlie is known by friends and clients for quick thinking, excellent memory, and committment to a case.
